    Plan creation, design elements, material and fixture selections.

  • 3. Budgeting:

    Review of structural and design plans, sub-contractor meeting, in-depth discussion of building elements and house systems.

  • 4. Pre-construction meeting:

    Review project budget and plans, meet construction team, discuss general expectations, re-cap construction and billing processes, review plans and design.

  • 5. Construction:

    Formal monthly progress report, weekly site walkthrough, daily text or email updates.

  • 6. Post-construction:

    Final site review, process review, and warranty item follow up.
